Which One Faster?

In the case of this picture is : There is a boy that dropping the two stone. One stone is 10 kg Mass, and the other one is 5 kg. So, which faster?

Answer: Really, in the Rule of Newton Energy,

Potential Energy at Possition + Kinetic Energy Possition = constant

So

Ep1A = Energy potential in position 1
Ep2A= Energy potential in position 2

Ek1A = Energy kinetic in position 1
Ek2A = Energy kinetic in position 2

EpA1+EkA1 = EpA2 + EkA2

mA g1 h1 + (mA. (v1^2))/2 = mA g2 h2 + (mA. (v2^2))/2

g1 = g2

so

mA g1 h1 + mA.(v1^2)/2 = mA g2 h2 + mA.(v2^2)/2

You can think that at the position 1, there is no VELOCITY, and the Position 2 there is no height. So, you can remove some formulas like this

mA g1 h1 = mA.(v2^2)/2

so you can see that the mass is will removed from the formula, so there is no influence with the mass.

So

g1 h1 = (v2^2)/2

and

h = (v^2)/2g

g = (v^2)/2h

g = v . t

v = square of 2gh

so velocity of the first mass will same with second
